Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 July 20261. Acceptance of these terms
By using phantomcybersecurity.in (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
The site describes the services of Phantom Cybersecurity. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Every engagement, including penetration testing, managed defence, compliance readiness, and advisory work, is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, authorization, rules of engagement, confidentiality, and fees. No client relationship exists until such an agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Not security advice
Content on the site is general information, not security advice for your specific situation. Illustrative material, including the sample findings shown on the site and the sample report, is anonymised and provided to show format and standard of work, not real client data. Client outcome quotes are anonymised and lightly edited for length.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to probe, scan, or test the site or its infrastructure without our prior written authorization, attempting to disrupt its availability, or using it to transmit anything unlawful. We test systems for a living; we ask for the same courtesy of written authorization that we require before touching anyone else's systems.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, and the Phantom Cybersecurity name and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for viewing the site as intended and sharing links to it.
6. Third party services
The site may link to or rely on third party services, such as font delivery and form storage. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
7. No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Cybersecurity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising under a client engagement is addressed in the engagement agreement, not these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
